The policy
Return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you've opened it and tried it. We'd rather you find the product that works than keep one that doesn't.
How it works
- Message us to start a return within 14 days of delivery.
- We arrange the pickup — you don't chase a courier.
- Once it's collected, your refund is processed to your original payment method (or as agreed for COD orders).
A note on hygiene
For everyone's safety, we can't resell returned cosmetics, so returns are for your peace of mind — not for restocking. Please return items in the condition you'd want to receive them.
